'Come Home to Yourself' is a celebration of a dear new friend of mine - Willy. 
 
About 3 months ago, this little guy moved into the forest around our home. Every time I find myself a bit twisted in my thoughts,  I look up and he is there. Every time. Out the window I happen to look out of, in the tree I'm sitting under, on the beams of our unfinished building while I sit and drink my cuppa, even on the back of the nearest kangaroo out on the grass.  Once he even alerted me and led me down to a goanna attack in the chook coop. 
 
Known locally as the messenger bird, this particular little willy wagtail has become this incredible friend of mine.  Always there when I need to be reminded to come home to myself and my body and the land, to move away from the twists and turns of my mind and my crazy unhelpful thoughts. 
 
I wanted to show him with passionflower as this herb has similar medicine for me. Calming me down, bringing me back from my thoughts and into the moment, settling my nervous system and allowing me to sink back into myself as part of the whole.
