Original limited edition hand carved lino design, hand printed onto beautiful textured, handmade and sustainably produced Lokta paper.
This print was created to hold onto and express a deep feeling of interconnection I experienced while relating to the coastal heath near our home. When sitting quietly amongst the banksias, I watched the birds come and go, changing their sounds and language depending on what other creatures passed by. The longer I sat the more I became a part of the landscape and the more I felt accepted as a part of it all. Patterns repeating every where I looked like the ripples of the whole universe joining everything with its threads and design.
I hope this print brings this feeling into every home that it ends up hanging in. A reminder of the peace and beauty our human minds and bodies can experience when we slow down, listen in and remember that we are a part of the whole.
