I made this print as a powerful personal reminder after recovering from extreme burn out last year. Now I offer it up as a reminder, especially to all women. The biggest thing I learned from my recovery is that when we care for ourselves, that care ripples out into our communities and into the earth. 
 
This print is a visual reminder to actively and consciously reprogram from the destructive cultural narratives that we need to be ‘doing’ all the time to be valued and to practice self care, not as a selfish act, but as a way to holistically give back to our families, our communities and out earth.
